Swiss Life Asset Managers and BEOS sell two construction sites to CyrusOne
CyrusOne is a long-term strategic partner in the development of FRANKFURT WESTSIDE. CyrusOne is one of the world’s leading operators of data centres and recently took over two construction sites with around 63,000 square metres of space in the northwest of the quarter.
For FRANKFURT WESTSIDE, the cooperation plays a central role, especially in achieving the ambitious ESG goals: the waste heat from the data centres will serve as heating energy for the quarter in the future and is thus a prerequisite for the consistent renunciation of fossil energy sources that is being pursued within the framework of the project.
